In consultation, we establish your brief, scope of work, budget, vision & dreams. This guides our journey together.
-
Depending on the project we can prepare, research & present space planning options, initial interior concepts, preliminary colours & finishes, furnishings & or lighting.
-
Once you have approved the initial concepts we develop & present plans & elevations of focus areas which can include kitchens, bathrooms & various joinery or feature items. Generally, this is carried out in sketch form for approval. Preliminary fixtures & fittings and appliances. Lighting design & fittings, furnishing layout & more specific selections.

On approval of the design development stage, we move on to detailed documentation. This allows us to refine the detail to a point that enables accurate costings, again negating any guesswork. As we work on Archicad we can also provide realistic 3D renderings to allow you to really visualise your new spaces. We work closely with each client to refine these drawings to include all detail & requirements. At the end of this stage, we provide all drawings, specifications & scheduling needed to tender your project.

This is the phase where the design becomes a reality. We liaise with various government departments, meet with engineers & specialised trades on-site to ensure the design is executed to plan & the costs provided are as accurate as possible. We evaluate tenders & pull together fixed price costings for approval. This process is totally transparent. We then meet with all nominated trades to create a day-by-day schedule to ensure that the building process runs smoothly. With 30 years experience, Dana has gathered a team of trades who understand her standards & expectations. She prides herself on client communication & building long lasting relationships with multiple repeat clients & extended trade relationships.

After consultation & a site visit to establish clients’ budget, needs & sometimes loved items we create a concept look & feel with key pieces, inspiration images, finishes & fabrics & a furniture plan. These selections are presented in room boards for refinement/approval. Supply & Project Management fees include;

Management & communication of lead times & overall agreed budget
Final quotation for all agreed selections, delivery fees, assembly/installation costs & CID 25% fee
Management of all deliveries & installation logistics
